         The aim of this procurement is to procure an instrument in order to carry out protein hydrolysis of industrial bi-products, i.e., meat, poultry, shellfish, and bones, etc., in a bioreactor.

         Researchers from the research group Marine Biotechnology in NORCE are looking for a bioreactor (hereafter called "hydrolysis") in order to carry out enzyme hydrolysis of industrial organic bi-products/side flows such as meat, poultry, shellfish, and bones, etc. The system will be used for:

         1. Hydrolysis of fish bi-products (e.g., cod, salmon) 

         2. Hydrolysis poultry bi-products (e.g., chicken, turkey) 

         3. Hydrolysis of shellfish bi-products (e.g., mussels)
