INTRODUCTION:
The Federal Government of Nigeria has received a Credit from the World Bank toward the cost of improving the utilization and quality of immunization plus and malaria services in selected states of the federation and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payments for the contract for ‘Procurement and Installation of Cold Chain Equipment (Walk-in Cold Rooms, Walk-in Freezer Rooms, Cold Boxes, Incinerators and Other CCEs) to Strengthen Immunization Cold Chain System’.
The Federal Government, through the Project Implementing Unit now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the ‘Procurement and Installation of Cold Chain Equipment (Walk-in Cold Rooms, Walk-in Freezer Rooms, Cold Boxes, Incinerators and Other CCEs) to Strengthen Immunization Cold Chain System’ as detailed in the below:

BIDDING PROCEDURES:
The IMPACT PROJECT now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for ‘Procurement and Installation of Cold Chain Equipment (Walk-in Cold Rooms, Walk-in Freezer Rooms, Cold Boxes, Incinerators and Other CCEs) to Strengthen Immunization Cold Chain System’
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 3.14 to 3.17 in the “Procurement Regulation” on the Conflict of Interest.
INVITATION:
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from IMPACT PROJECT National Office, through the Project Manager (PM); nphcdaimpact@gmail.com and may inspect the bidding document during office hours between 9.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Mondays – Fridays at the address given below.
PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENT:
A complete set of bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (₦100,000.00). The method of payment will be via REMITA payment platform, as detailed below:

Copy of the Bidding Document can be sent to the Bidder upon a written request and upon presentation of verifiable payment evidence through a courier firm at the service cost to the Bidder.
BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING:
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 30th December, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 30th December, 2025.
