Package/Contract Title: PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF 2,500 DESKTOP COMPUTERS, 100 UNITS OF 10KVA BATTERY-LESS INVERTERS, 300 UNITS OF UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) SYSTEMS, 100 UNITS OF 4000-LUMEN SVGA PROJECTORS WITH SCREENS, AND INDOOR ROUTERS (IDRS) WITH AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TO THE INTERNET FOR 1 YEAR FOR 100 DIGITAL LITERACY SCHOOLS IN KANO STATE – LOTS 1 ~ 5.

• The Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank through the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (AGILE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this proceeds towards payments under the Contract for the Procurement and installation of 2,500 desktop computers, 100 units of 10kva battery-less inverters, 300 units of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, 100 units of 4000-lumen SVGA projectors with screens, and indoor routers (IDRs) with an annual subscription to the internet for 1 year for 100 digital literacy schools in Kano State.
• The Kano State Adolescent Girls’ Initiative for Learning and Empowerment Project (AGILE) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of the following lots:

Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, 7th edition, September 2025, available on www.worldbank.org/en/programs/project-procurement/framework, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Kano State AGILE Project Implementation Unit and inspect the bidding document during office hours [9.00 am to 4.00 pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays] at the address given below.

5. The bidding document in the English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ₦ 100,000. The method of payment will be through transfer:

The bidding document can be collected by the bidder"s representative, sent via e-mail, downloaded from the authorized website, or requested through courier services at the bidder"s expense.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below not later than 12:30 p.m. local time on or before November 27, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on November 27, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. local time.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration,” as appropriate.

8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
