Main Contractor for Takitimu School Blks ABDE Roofing & Plumbing (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #71210088)

This is a priority two project intended to cover off some delipidated elements of the school infrastructure. The anticipated outcomes sought include:
- Replacing rusty and leaking flat tray roofing to Blocks A and B, and re-pitching where necessary.
- Replacing small area of membrane roofing to Blocks B and E, and re-pitching where necessary.
- Replacing non-trafficable translucent roofing to Block D with trafficable translucent roofing bringing in-line with current MOE guidelines and specifications.
- Replacing the staff / reception / visitor’s toilet and students’ toilets to blocks B and D, including replacing floor coverings, wall linings, and ceiling linings, plumbing fixtures and fittings, and toilet partitions if necessary.
- Works may be restricted to one block at a time, phasing and/or staging the handover of relevant areas of the project.
