746-25-1011-PT 24m Metro Class Passenger Vessels Advance Notice (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #69290749)

Auckland Transport (AT) is issuing this Advance Notice to inform the market of an upcoming contract opportunity for the construction and delivery of three identical 24-metre aluminium-hulled, diesel-powered “Metro Class” passenger ferries, with an option for a fourth vessel. The purpose is to provide tenderers with a concise summary to help determine their suitability, inform resource planning and start preparations for participating in the tender.

As part of this Advance Notice, we are seeking feedback from prospective tenderers on any material changes required to the proposed Contract (if any). Feedback must be submitted in Section 2 of the Advance Notice Response Template, by 5 PM on the 5th of December 2025. Market feedback will be reviewed and where necessary the Contract will be amended prior to issuing with the RFT. This feedback process is optional.

This Advance Notice is not an offer to enter into a contract. No offer to take part in a tender may follow. The terms of any offered contract that may follow may differ from those indicated here. This Advance Notice does not form part of any subsequent contract that may follow, nor does it limit the tender process for any subsequent contract.

Additionally, please note this Advance Notice provides tender details to assist with tender preparation. While this information is intended to help you prepare, please note that it does not guarantee that the RFT will take the same format as this Advance Notice. This also does not initiate Auckland Transport’s formal RFT process.

Any questions not addressed during the Advance Notice period will be answered when the RFT is published in the New Year. In the meantime, we are inviting early engagement on the terms of the contract, which will follow as an addendum to this advanced notice.
