SH1 Belfast to Pegasus Motorway and Woodend Bypass – Early Works Implementation - Quarry Lakes Reclamation (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #69290746)

This is a Physical Works contract for the supply and loose placement of aggregate hardfill, to partially fill two of the Quarry Lakes, within the Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete: Northend Sand and Shingle site, along the proposed Belfast to Pegasus road alignment.

The Contract Works comprise of:

• Supply of aggregate hardfill
• Placement of aggregate hardfill into the Quarry Lakes. Note, final compaction of aggregate hardfill will be undertaken as part of the Belfast to Pegasus main works contract and is excluded from this tender.
• NZTA invite both a conforming tender of quarry materials that meet a Principal’s fixed grading envelope and a “Tender’s Alternative” grading curve for the Principal’s consideration.

Only tenderers pre-qualified to level 4B under the terms of the Transport Agency’s Prequalification System are eligible to submit a tender. Please note that this is a change from what was advertised in the Notice of Information which stated that a pre-qualification of 4C would be required.

ALL TENDERER’S QUERIES are to be SUBMITTED through the GETS Questions and Answers.

All responses to tender queries/clarifications will be answered by Notice to Tenderer which will be available in the GETS addenda.

Tender submissions shall be uploaded to GETS eTender box in two separate files.

The GETS file upload limit is 50MB. The files should be labelled:

• File No 1 – 12913 - Proposal excluding Price
• File No 2 – 12913 – Price (pdf format PLUS excel spreadsheet Schedule of Prices)

Tender submissions will only be accepted electronically via the GETS eTender Box.
