The purpose of this RFP is to select a preferred development partner and solution for our CRM.

We are seeking suppliers with a proven track record, who can demonstrate their experience in delivering requirements related to CRM. We wish to establish a collaborative relationship with a development partner, who we can work with, who can operate with a high degree of transparency and communication and keep up to date with technological advances.

We are seeking a development partner for a Greenfields Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, but also welcome proposals for other solutions that meet all the functional requirements outlined in this RFP. Alternative solutions must fully satisfy the same criteria as outlined in this RFP.

This procurement is subject to final budget approval. The University reserves the right not to proceed to contract if funding is not confirmed. Suppliers should be aware that this RFP is being used to inform budget planning and no commitment to contract will be made until funding is confirmed.
