This procurement is for land development services to process resource consents, engineering approvals, and subdivision approvals related to three-water services.
The key objective and outcome of this procurement is that we fulfil the legislative requirements of our client councils in relation to resource consents, Engineering Approvals and subdivision approvals.
The demand is dynamic so we require a pool of 4-6 suppliers who have resources available at short notice to provide the necessary services on demand to help us satisfy the peaks and troughs of the land development market.
Based on our analysis of supply positioning, this procurement enables Wellington Water to meet legislative requirements on behalf of our client councils as required by the Service Level Agreements.
