278229 - Establishment of a Legal Services Panel (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #66428791)

The purpose of this RFP is to establish a Panel of trusted suppliers to outsource legal services that cannot be made available In-house.
We are committed to appointing a panel of Legal Service Providers that can meet the most common legal service needs across the University, reducing costs and making it easier to contract for services.  

To be considered, you must meet all of our preconditions which include:
- Supplier must have a minimum of 3 partners/directors and a total of 10 solicitors (including partners/directors) holding current practicing certificates from the New Zealand Law Society.
- Supplier must hold current professional indemnity insurance valued of no less than $10 million dollars
- Supplier must meet and agree to the University of Waikato Supplier Code of Conduct
