REQUEST FOR TENDER
CON2018001 – Havelock North Streams Upgrade Works Stage 1 Bank remediation

Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves remedial, and renewal works in Havelock North area associated with implementation of a community wide flood protection scheme to mitigate future flooding impacts.

Works are focused in areas categorized as 2C following Cyclone Gabrielle but does extend onto non 2C areas as well.

Works includes construction of:

• Access Ramps
• Bank Remediation
• Retaining Structures
• Stormwater Pipe diversions/extensions and upgrades
• Stream remedial works.

The work is split up into Separable Portions, with more Separable Portions available as required by HDC.

SP 1 – Access Ramps, one included in RFT, more to be added later

SP 2 – Bank Remediation within 2C area, included in RFT

SP 3 – Bank Remediation out with 2C - Various sites, one known site included in RFT, more to be added.

SP 4 – Fish Passage and Bank Remediation in Palmbrook Reserve, included in RFT

SP 5 - Stormwater & Utility, to be added later

SP 6 – Other Remedials, to be added later

Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 16 July 2025 and must be submitted electronically via GETS.

NB. Only tender submissions from tenderers on the Hastings District Council pre-qualification system as per described in the tender will be considered.

The TOTAL submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, regardless of the number of files submitted.
Price and non-price files should be uploaded as separate files and clearly marked as Price and Non-price.
Respondents should ensure sufficient time is allowed to upload the files to GETS prior to the tender closure date and time.
