Environmental Options Assessment for Spoils Disposal for Upper Nihotupu & Huia Watermain Replacements (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #65354516)

Watercare is conducting projects in the Western Auckland area to upgrade the aging infrastructure currently in operation. The replacement of the Upper Nihotupu and Huia Raw Watermains will result in the excavation of significant volume of spoil that requires sustainable and compliant disposal. Additionally, the ongoing operations of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in the area will produce sludge, which must be managed to meet regulatory and environmental standards.
Both activities above are integral to the success of the raw watermain replacement project and long-term operational efficiency. We require investigation works to be carried out to determine how and where these spoils and sludge can be disposed of in compliance with the environmental and regulatory requirements.
