Main Building/Roofing Contractor for Roofing Replacement & Remediation to Blocks 1, 4 and Boiler Block at Whare Kura Morehu o Ratana, Whanganui (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #64535323)

The Board of Trustees for Whare Kura Morehu o Ratana, are seeking a suitably qualified Main Roofing/Building Contractor to carry out the Roof Replacement & Remediation Works to Blocks 1, 4 and Boiler Block.

The Contract Works required are: Block 1 – Iron Roofing Replacement. Remove all existing roof, flashings, building paper, netting & discard. Remove all skylights & make good interior skylights by installing painted plywood over existing frames. Relocate all heat pump units to ground level on a concrete pad, supply & install safety cage around units. Supply & install insulation to entire roof cavity. Supply & install Coloursteel roofing including roofing underlay, netting, barges, ridging & flashing. Repair timber fascia boards & replace damaged flashings. Spouting Replacement – Remove all spouting, brackets, droppers & discard, excluding all existing spouting that has external brackets. Block 4 Clearlite Replacement – Remove & discard clearlite roofing.

All tender documentation and necessary information attached.

Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
