Main Building Contractor for Block 1 & 10 Refurbishment to Classroom & Toilet at Whanganui East School (Новая Зеландия - Тендер #62074339)

The Board of Trustees for Whanganui East School are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Block 1 & 10 Refurbishment to Classroom & Toilet Areas.

The Contract Works required are: This project consists of not con-sentable refurbishment works including block 10 two classrooms, replacement floor, wall and ceiling linings, ceilings are new acoustic panels, replacement of the art sink bench unit, removal of redundant electrical sockets, a new heat pump unit to one classroom, also required redecoration. Block 1 will have a girls and boys toilets refurbished with new floor and wall coverings along with new toilet partitions and doors, the toilets and basins will be replaced and a wall mounted urinette to replace the old urinal. Redecoration also is needed. The rest of block 1 will have classrooms 1, res 4 new floor vinyl, classroom 5, dep7, meeting room 6, res 8, library 9 and library 10 will have floor coverings replaced and some rooms redecorated.

Contractors MUST visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
