The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

Het apparaat moet over de volgende eigenschappen beschikken: Het moet endovasculaire voerdraden en catheters die voor endovasculaire interventies bruikbaar zijn in realtime, over de gehele lengte en in 3D kunnen afbeelden, zonder continue gebruik te maken van röntgenstraling. Bij voorkeur wordt hiervoor gebruik gemaakt van optische technologie. Bij complexe procedures is het van belang gebruik te kunnen maken van de vele configuraties van reguliere catheters. Slechts één leverancier is in staat om aan de gestelde eisen te voldoen, namelijk Philips.
