Via de website wordt zo snel en goed mogelijk informatie over storingen en werkzaamheden weergegeven in de drinkwatervoorziening. Dat kan gaan over een lekkage in een drinkwaterleiding of geplande werkzaamheden aan het leidingnet. Het doel van de site is om drinkwatergebruikers te informeren over de status van de storing of werkzaamheden. Aan te geven wanneer verwacht wordt dat deze werkzaamheden afgerond zijn.
