         Binnen deze aanbesteding is de gemeente voornemens om 3 onderdelen te contracteren:

         1. Het Ecologische onderzoek;

         2. Het schrijven van het Soortenmanagementplan;

         3. De coördinatie en begeleiding om te komen tot een SMP - ontheffing.

         Hierbij denken we aan de volgende taken (niet-limitatief):

         - Afstemmingsoverleggen (ca. 1 tot 2) met de Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden voorbereidend op het ecologisch onderzoek met minimaal de volgende inhoud:

         o Bespreken plan van Aanpak ecologisch onderzoek;

         - Uitvoering ecologisch onderzoek binnen de gemeente Alphen aan den Rijn;

         o Quickscan (verkenning bestaat uit: literatuuronderzoek en veldwerk)

         o Gebiedsdekkend soortgericht veldonderzoek (minimaal naar de diersoorten huismus, vleermuizen en gierzwaluwen).

         - Afstemmingsoverleggen (ca. 3 tot 5) met de Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden voorbereidend op het SMP en de ontheffingsaanvraag over minimaal de volgende inhoud:

         o Effectbepaling

         o Maatregelen-/ mitigatieplan

         o Monitoringsplan

         o Juridisch toetsingskader, met Staat van Instandhouding, Wettelijke Belangen en Alternatieven afweging

         o Advisering

         - Uitwerking Soortenmanagementplan met minimaal de volgende onderdelen:
