         Het Universitair Medisch Centrum Groningen (UMCG) staat de komende jaren voor een grootschalige uitbreidings- en vernieuwingsopgave.

         Dat doen we met bouwprojecten op de Healthy Ageing Campus (Hanzeplein) en in Haren. 

         De werkzaamheden worden de komende jaren gefaseerd uitgevoerd en zijn ondergebracht in het organisatieonderdeel UMCG BOUWT 2035 (UB35).

         Binnen het UB35 masterplan vallen alle verpleegafdelingen (in totaal 7 torens, per toren gerenoveerd), het Ouder Kindcentrum, OK complex, Labgebouw, 24/7 Lab en MVC gebouw en worden gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst gefaseerd voorzien van modulair meubilair (kasten en wagens).

         UB35 is een bouwproject en staat voor UMCG BOUWT 2035. Dit betreft een grootschalige uitbreidings- en vernieuwingsopgave.

         De werkzaamheden die binnen het UB35 masterplan vallen worden de komende jaren gefaseerd uitgevoerd.

         Alle verpleegafdelingen (in totaal 7 torens, per toren gerenoveerd), het Ouder Kindcentrum, OK complex, Labgebouw, 24/7 Lab en MVC gebouw, worden gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst gefaseerd voorzien van modulair meubilair (kasten en wagens).

         De raamovereenkomst heeft na de initiële looptijd van 7 jaar de mogelijkheid van verlenging met 2x2 jaar.

         Er is gekozen voor een langere looptijd met verlengopties gezien UB35 een gefaseerde (ver)bouw van het UMCG inhoudt waardoor de aanschaf eveneens gefaseerd zal verlopen. Binnen het UMCG is uitwisselbaarheid, uniformiteit en standaardisatie qua uitstraling en werkwijze van groot belang.
