         Deze aanbesteding bestaat uit een aantal onderdelen: objectbeveiliging, beveiligingstechniek, de openings- en sluitronde van enkele panden, de alarmopvolging en het gebruik van een Particuliere Alarm Centrale (externe meldkamer).

         KVK wenst een evenwichtig voorzieningenaanbod te ontvangen in aansluiting op de behoeften van KVK tegen acceptabele kosten. Veiligheid voor de klanten, medewerkers, bezoekers, eigendommen en informatie van KVK staat hierbij dus centraal.

         Deze aanbesteding wordt opgestart omdat:

         Een aantal beveiligingsproducten en -diensten niet meer onder een contract vallen omdat deze reeds zijn afgelopen;

         Het bestaande contract voor objectbeveiliging gaat aflopen.

         Doelstelling en ambities

         Het doel van deze Europese aanbestedingsprocedure is het afsluiten van één overeenkomst per perceel voor KVK voor het leveren van mensen, middelen, diensten en techniek.

         Het doel van perceel 1 van deze Europese aanbestedingsprocedure is het afsluiten van een overeenkomst voor het leveren van beveiligers waarmee invulling kan worden gegeven aan het beleid voor Fysieke toegangsbeveiliging Kamer van Koophandel, volgens de uitleg van de Aanbestedingswet 2012.

Deze uitbreiding bedraagt een maximale financiële waarde van € 1.440.000,- excl. btw.

          KVK wil een veilige, servicegerichte omgeving bieden aan klanten, bezoekers en medewerkers. Daarnaast wil KVK uniformiteit en herkenbaarheid creëren op haar locaties voor klanten, bezoekers en medewerkers. Hiervoor zoekt KVK een professionele partner op het gebied van beveiligingstechniek die in staat is KVK te voorzien van gedegen advisering, solide uitvoering en adequaat beheer en onderhoud van haar systemen. 

          Doel van de aanbesteding

          Het doel van perceel 2 van deze Europese aanbestedingsprocedure is het afsluiten van een overeenkomst voor het leveren van Beveiligingstechniek waarmee invulling kan worden gegeven aan het beleid voor Fysieke toegangsbeveiliging Kamer van Koophandel, volgens de uitleg van de Aanbestedingswet 2012.
