         De gemeente Koggenland en de gemeente Opmeer zijn voornemens om een Overeenkomst aan te gaan met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering (inclusief het gebruiksrecht), de implementatie, het beheer en het onderhoud van een ICT-oplossing (inclusief koppelingen) voor het Sociaal Domein.

         Een conversie van de bestaande oplossingen naar de nieuwe ICT-oplossing is onderdeel van deze Opdracht. De gemeente Koggenland en Opmeer beogen een langdurig partnership hieromtrent aan te gaan.

         De ICT-oplossing wordt geleverd in SaaS-vorm (Software-as-a-Service) met de concrete voorwaarde dat de ICT-oplossing aldus vanuit de door de leverancier aangeboden / aangewezen locatie(s) remote en webbased voor het gebruik van Gemeenten Koggenland en Opmeer beschikbaar wordt gesteld. Eveneens wordt het technisch beheer ten aanzien van deze ICT-oplossing door de leverancier in de service inbegrepen en meegeleverd. Het functioneel beheer van de ICT-oplossing geschiedt door de gemeente Koggenland en Opmeer zelf.
