         Gemeente Alkmaar, heeft besloten een Europese aanbesteding te organiseren voor een informatiesysteem Sociaal Domein aangaande specifiek de deeldomeinen Jeugd, Wmo, SMI) en huisvesting (woonurgenties, huisvestingsindicaties en transferpunt), hierna Sociaal Domein. Omdat de contracttermijnen van de huidige applicaties verlopen per Q1 2025 wil de gemeente de continuïteit gewaarborgd zien en een aantal verbeteringen in de processen door middel van een goed en ondersteunend systeem.
