         ● Het in beheer nemen van de bestaande AV-middelen óf het vervangen van de bestaande AV-middelen rekening houdend met een rest- en inruilwaarde.

         ● Na afloop van de gebruiksperiode wordt de apparatuur automatisch vervangen en hergebruikt of milieuvriendelijk afgevoerd.

      Aanbestedende dienst heeft ervoor gekozen deze opdracht als raamovereenkomst “As a service” in de markt te plaatsen voor een langere periode gezien de markt op het gebied van techniek, mogelijkheden en hoeveelheden van audiovisuele apparatuur behoorlijk in beweging is. Door de aanstaande nieuwe manier van werken binnen gemeente Stadskanaal sluit dit type raamcontract het beste aan de behoefte van gemeente Stadskanaal.
