De opdracht betreft een concessieopdracht voor dienstverlening per 1 januari 2024 voor een

collectieve ziektekostenverzekering minima (CZM) ten behoeve van de gemeente Nissewaard..

De gemeente Nissewaard wil voor het jaar 2024 een overeenkomst aangaan met één (1)

zorgverzekeraar om een collectieve aanvullende zorgverzekering (gemeentepolis) aan de

doelgroep minima te kunnen bieden. Duurovereenkomst voor 2 jaar met optie tot verlening van 3 x1 jaar. De gemeente wil met deze voorziening die inwoners

met een laag inkomen en een gemiddelde tot hoge zorgvraag goede toegang bieden tot

uitgebreide en betaalbare zorg.

Dit alleenrecht geldt voor alle hiervoor in aanmerking komende inwoners van de gemeente.
