Oorspronkelijke opdracht:

Op 6 locaties binnen het beheersgebied van Rijkswaterstaat Zuid-Nederland is sprake van achterstallig onderhoud bij de remmings- en geleidewerken. De werkzaamheden betreffen o.a. - Bestaande geleidewerken vervangen door nieuwe geleide- en remmingwerken (incl. conservering). - Het vergraven van een stuk oever in de voorhaven (Wilhelminasluis) aan de Waalzijde en verbreding voor meer opstelruimte voor de schepen. De 6 locaties zijn: Brug Roosendaalsevliet, Markbrug, Sluis 1, Wilhelminasluis, Sluis Roermond en oude sluis Panheel.

Totale initiële waarde van de aanbesteding: € 15 815 000,00

De wijziging:

VTW- 034 Kostenvergoeding E-installatie ZN4

De Opdrachtnemer heeft geconstateerd dat er van de op de remmingwerken gemonteerde elektrotechnische- dan wel werktuigbouwkundige installaties geen informatie in het contact is opgenomen. Tijdens het vervangen van de remmingwerken mag de PTZ-camera tijdelijk uitgezet worden en dienen de niveaumeters in werking te blijven waardoor ze tijdelijk moeten worden verlegd. In de definitieve situatie dient de PTZ-camera weer op het nieuwe remmingwerk te zijn aangebracht en de niveaumeters op de nieuwe locaties.

Het contract is niet volledig qua areaalgegevens en scopemaatregelen voor installaties en Kabels en Leidingen Rijkswaterstaat.

In dit Voornemen/Verzoek worden de overeengekomen kosten vergoed.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

De zorgvuldige aanbestedende dienst had de wijziging ten opzichte van het contract door onvoorziene omstandigheden niet kunnen voorzien. De algemene aard van de opdracht wijzigt niet door deze wijziging en de verhoging van de prijs bedraagt niet meer dan 50% van de waarde van de oorspronkelijke opdracht. De wijziging is daarom toelaatbaar onder deze categorie.
