Oorspronkelijke opdracht:

Het project betreft maatregelen voor het vervangen van de oeverconstructies van delen van het kanaal Wessem-Nederweert, het Markkanaal, Wilhelminakanaal en de Zuid-Willemsvaart. Tevens de realisatie van een aantal nieuwe fauna voorzieningen.

De wijziging:

Betreft een bundeling van de hieronderstaande VTW’s die in 2022 gepubliceerd hadden moeten worden omdat artikel 2.163d hier van toepassing was, maar mijn voorganger heeft dit helaas niet laten publiceren.

VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Betreft diverse wijzigingen van de hieronderstaande VTW’s:

VTW-032: Voor het aanbrengen van de verankering op WHK 15-1 moest de boorset worden gedemonteerd en over de nieuwe remming worden gehesen om daarachter te kunnen werken. De ankerboor ponton bleek met equipment erop te hoog om onder de lage brug door te varen. Dit heeft geleid tot noodzakelijke extra verrichte arbeid, inzet van alternatieve middelen en enkele noodzakelijke aanpassingen van de werkzaamheden zoals het aanmaken van pasplanken.

Om de boor equipment (17,5 ton) over de remming te hijsen en de lege ponton onder de brug door te varen, was vanwege het gewicht en de vlucht de inzet van de 100 tons drijvende kraan noodzakelijk (d.m.v. inzet Zelfvarend heischip Ms Adriaan (Hakkers).

VTW-028: Tijdens de werkzaamheden is een bestaande fup aangetroffen en geamoveerd, aan de overzijde hiervan is ook een fup aanwezig. Uit na vraag bij district is gebleken dat de fup functioneel was in het naturaplan en opnieuw in de nieuwe damwand constructie terug diende te komen. De noodzakelijke aanvullende werkzaamheden betreffen:

In de voorbereiding: ontwerpnota en tekeningen aanpassen alsmede damwand lijsten aanpassen. In de uitvoering: het leveren en aanbrengen fup conform 620030 complete fup

VTW-026: Constatering tijdens het verwijderen van de bestaande oeverconstructie, dat daarachter aanvullende objecten aanwezig bleken te zijn. Te weten op locatie 17-1b een afgesloten doorlaat werk en op locatie 15-1 een damwand scherm achter de zichtbare damwand.

De noodzakelijke aanvullende werkzaamheden betreffen: risicoanalyse en het volledig verwijderen van de ter plaatse aangetroffen objecten.

VTW024: Verzoek OG om de extra snoeiwerkzaamheden noodzakelijk voor aanleg van een nieuw fietspad uit te voeren in opdracht van RWS voor de gemeente Oosterhout. De noodzakelijke aanvullende werkzaamheden betreffen: Kappen bomen en verwijderen begroeiing langs het Wilhelminakanaal.

De noodzaak van de aanvulling; het is niet mogelijk om het project zonder de aanvulling te voltooien;

Aanvulling stond niet in de oorspronkelijke aanbestedingsstukken;

Verandering van opdrachtnemer is niet mogelijk: Beschrijving van de economische of technische redenen en van het aanzienlijke ongemak of de aanzienlijke kostenstijging die een verandering van opdrachtnemer in de weg staan.
