NB: Dit betreft een vooraankondiging t.b.v. publicatie van het verslag van de informatiebijeenkomst op 12 juli 2023.

In juli 2020 is het kabinetsbesluit bekrachtigd om het Korps Mariniers te verhuizen van de marinierskazerne in Doorn naar Kamp Nieuw-Milligen in de gemeente Apeldoorn.

Het doel van het project is het realiseren van een nieuwe marinierskazerne ten behoeve van de operationele eenheden van het Korps Mariniers.

Het project zal middels een DBFMO-overeenkomst worden aanbesteed.

Deze DBFMO-overeenkomst omvat in hoofdzaak het ontwerpen, bouwen, leveren van facilitaire diensten, leveren van middelen, leveren van voorzieningen, onderhouden en financieren van de kazerne. De kazerne wordt gerealiseerd op de bestaande kazerne Kamp Nieuw-Milligen met als adres Meervelderweg 19 te Uddel, gemeente Apeldoorn.

Deze getallen zijn slechts indicatief en afhankelijk van de uiteindelijke vertaling van de functionele eisen in een ruimtelijk ontwerp
