         Na het instorten van de parkeergarage in Eindhoven in mei 2017 en het bekend worden van de oorzaken daarvan in september 2017, is door het Programma Breedplaatvloeren van het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf gestart met het inventariseren van breedplaatvloeren in de gebouwenportefeuille. In veel Rijks- en Defensiegebouwen zijn breedplaatvloeren toegepast, waaronder ook het gebouw van Eurojust in Den Haag. Door het programmateam zijn evaluaties uitgevoerd op de eerste breedplaatvloerherstelprojecten. Voor het verslag hiervan zie: ‘20230522_Lessons learned BPV herstelprojecten Definitief’. Deze evaluaties hebben o.a. geleid tot een andere aanpak voor het onderhavige project dan de voorgaande breedplaatvloerherstel projecten. De beoogde aanpak is voorafgaand aan de publicatie van deze opdracht met de markt besproken middels een marktconsultatie. Zie ‘Verslag marktconsultatie BPV Eurojust v1.0’.
