         Het project onderhavige leidraad betreffend, is de realisatie van drie scholen in de wijk het Soesterkwartier te Amersfoort. Elk van deze scholen kent een ander bestuur. Elk zijnde een andere opdrachtgever en zelfstandig bouwheer voor elk van de scholen. Wel gaan de drie scholen in de voorbereiding, het ontwerp en de uitvoering, zoveel mogelijk samenwerken.

         De vorm/inhoud van het project kan gedurende uitvoering van de opdracht verschillend zijn. Zo zal er eerst een algemeen project zijn, de drie scholen tezamen, betreffend. Vervolgens zullen vanuit en naast het algemene project (van waaruit integraal zal blijven worden gewerkt), separaat aan de drie deelprojecten, elk van de scholen betreffend, worden gewerkt.

         Onderhavige leidraad betreft de selectiefase van de aanbesteding voor de opdracht “Bouwmanagementdiensten” t.b.v. realisatie van het gehele project, zijnde de realisatie van de drie scholen tezamen.
