II.1.4)Short description:

Het aantal elektrische auto’s blijft snel groeien. Daarmee stijgt de vraag naar publieke laadoplossingen mee. De markt van elektrisch rijden wordt steeds volwassener en daarmee veranderen ook de inrichtingswensen van het laadnetwerk. Waar de focus eerst lag op het ontwikkelen van een dekkend laadnetwerk binnen acceptabele loopafstanden voor alle inwoners wordt de focus nu verlegd naar verdichting; voldoende laadinfrastructuur voor alle elektrische rijders.

Deze aanbesteding beslaat het overnemen, beheren, hosten, exploiteren en onderhouden van alle bestaande AC-laadpalen (ca. 2.500), én het leveren, installeren, beheren, hosten, exploiteren en onderhouden van nieuw te plaatsen AC-laadinfrastructuur. De gemeente verwacht jaarlijks ca. 400 nieuwe laadpalen te realiseren. De activiteiten worden als één perceel aanbesteed, met een looptijd van 4 jaar (en 2x een optionele verlenging van 1 jaar). De gemeente Den Haag hanteert hierbij het opdrachtenmodel.
