         De Opdracht heeft betrekking op "Deurwaardersdiensten Contractloos". Hieronder vallen:

         - De afhandeling van deurwaarder cases Contractloos binnen de afdeling Marktdiensten, Omzet &

         Netverlies voor het team Contractloos & Energiefraude;

         - Het realiseren van de interface ten behoeve van de koppeling tussen de benodigde

         informatiesystemen van Alliander en Opdrachtnemer voor veilige, geautomatiseerde

         gegevensuitwisseling.

         De maximale duur van de Opdracht is 7 jaar. De verwachte ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 4

         december 2023. Dit is de datum waarop de definitieve gunning voorzien is en de implementatie van de

         interface gaat starten. De daadwerkelijke uitvoering van dienstverlening ‘Deurwaardersdiensten

         Contractloos’, start 1 juni 2024.

         Het verzorgingsgebied van Alliander is Friesland, Gelderland, Flevoland, Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Amsterdam.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         De deurwaardersdiensten worden ingezet om de contractloosheid van in bedrijf zijnde aansluitingen te beëindigen, indien nodig middels een gerechtelijk traject, waar deze niet succesvol is beëindigd na het doorlopen van de interne processen van het team Contractloos & Energiefraude.

         Het verwachte aantal over te dragen dossiers bedraagt in 2024 10.000; in 2025 10.000; in 2026 5.000; in 2027 en verder 2.500. In deze verwachting wordt uitgegaan van een trend waarin een afname van contractloos cases optreedt door initiatieven in de sector zoals Contractloos Voorkomen. Aan voornoemde raming kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden voor de toekomst. Het is niet meer en niets minder dan een inschatting. Dit betekent dat de mogelijkheid bestaat dat de genoemde raming in de praktijk hoger of lager uitkomt.

         De Overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van twee jaar met de optie voor Opdrachtgever om de Overeenkomst vijfmaal te verlengen met één jaar. De verwachte ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 4 december 2023. Dit is de datum waarop de definitieve gunning voorzien is en de implementatie van de interface en portal starten. De daadwerkelijke uitvoering van de deurwaardersdiensten start 1-6-2024.
