         Wij zijn op zoek naar een partij voor de realisatie van de tijdelijke sporthal die:

         • zorgt voor het ontwerp en de bouw van de tijdelijke sporthal en daarin meeneemt het vaste meubilair en de sporttechnische inrichting. Vaste meubilair zijn banken in de kleedkamers, kapstokken in de kleedkamers. De sporttechnische inrichting betreft de voorzieningen zoals omschreven in Bijlage D – Sporttechnische inrichting;

         • ten behoeve van de realisatie zorgt voor de vergunningsprocedure, voorbereiding, begeleiding en uitvoering van de realisatiefase;

         • de benodigde nutsvoorzieningen aanvraagt en de sporthal volledig functionerend aansluit;

         • bewezen deskundig is op het gebied van de bouw en verhuur van een tijdelijke sporthal (onder anderen proces, planning, kostenbewaking, kwaliteitsbewaking).

         Wij zijn voornemens een koopovereenkomst af te sluiten met één (1) leverancier ten behoeve van de het leveren van de tijdelijke sporthal. De voorgenomen startdatum van de bouw is mei 2024, ingebruikname uiterlijk begin september 2024.

         Na een vermoedelijke gebruiksduur van 10 jaar dient de Opdrachtnemer de tijdelijke sporthal terug te kopen, af te breken en het terrein weer in originele staat te brengen.
