         1) complete mangelstraat, bestaande uit:

         1. Leveren installatie

         1.1. Leveren van een tweestations Insteekmachine voor het invoeren van grote en kleine linnen stukken;

         1.2. Leveren van een gasverwarmde mangelstraat met 2 gasgestookte mangelrollen en verwarmde tussenbrug met ECO-technologie, voor een hoog rendement en laag energieverbruik, en een spreider bij 1e mangel.

         1.3. Leveren van een vouwmachine voor het vouwen van langs vouwen van grote en kleine linnen stukken en dwarsvouwen van grote linnen stukken;

         1.4. Leveren van stapelaar voor grote textiel stukken.

         2. Installeren installatie en bedrijfsklaar opleveren

         2.1. Het installeren en aansluiten van het geheel op de door De Bolder ter beschikking gestelde aansluitvoorzieningen;

         2.2. bedrijfsklaar (compleet met instructie voor medewerkers) opleveren.

         3. Onderhoud installatie

         3.1. Het maken van een onderhoudsplan voor de mangelstraat gedurende de totale garantieperiode van 36 maanden;

         3.2. Opgeven van kosten voor het onderhoud van de mangelstraat bij De Bolder inclusief de kosten voor vervanging van de door de fabrikant aangegeven onderdelen gedurende de totale garantieperiode van 36 maanden;

         3.3. Het, na opdracht van De Bolder, uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden volgens het onderhoudsplan.

         De Mangelstraat heeft een technische levensduur van minimaal 10 jaar.

         De Opdrachtnemer is gedurende de technische levensduur verantwoordelijk en in staat om Preventief- en Correctief onderhoud uit te (laten) voeren en om gedurende deze tijd alle benodigde slijtagematerialen en overige onderdelen te leveren en monteren.
