De Opdracht betreft de levering van hulp bij het huishouden in natura (categorie 1, HH1) per 1 januari 2024 voor inwoners woonachtig in de gemeente Oude IJsselstreek. Deze Inwoners ondervinden beperkingen bij het zelfstandig voeren van een huishouden. De gemeente wenst minimaal 4 partijen te contracteren en zoveel partijen meer als nodig is voor 120% dekking van de vraag.
