         1) Het verwijderen en afvoeren van de oude theaterfauteuils, vloerbedekking en traptredenverlichting;

         2) Het leveren en plaatsen van circa 552 nieuwe theaterfauteuils, verdeeld over de locaties parterre, balkon en loge. Verder worden uitvoering, verplaatsing en uitneembaarheid van een deel van de fauteuils gerealiseerd;

         3) Het aanbrengen van nieuwe vloerbedekking van in totaal circa 530 m2. De kleur van de vloerbedekking wordt nader bepaald aan de hand van een monster/stalenboek van de opdrachtnemer;

         4) Het voorzien van traptredenverlichting op alle aanwezige trappen.
