         1. Artikelen uit het basisassortiment: een beperkt aantal promotionele artikelen die uit voorraad worden geleverd.

         2. Maatwerk artikelen: promotionele artikelen die in opdracht worden bedrukt en geleverd.

         De promotionele artikelen worden op twee manieren afgenomen:

         1. Individuele bestellingen voor artikelen uit het basisassortiment via de webshop.

         2. Bestellingen voor zowel artikelen uit het basisassortiment als maatwerkartikelen door de bestellers van Hogeschool Utrecht via het bestelproces.

         Het doel is om een aanbestedingsprocedure conform de wet- en regelgeving te doorlopen met als eindresultaat een getekende Raamovereenkomst met één Leverancier, waaronder voor de komende jaren duurzame promotionele artikelen kunnen worden aangeschaft tegen de economisch en kwalitatief meest gunstige condities.
