        Commissioned by the Dutch Government several contracted enterprises (geophysical and

        geotechnical contractors) will carry out the geophysical and geotechnical investigations

        required to obtain the soil information at the offshore wind farms in the Netherlands. For this

        tender, RVO requests the services of Client Offshore Representatives to be present at the

        vessels or site of the geophysical and geotechnical site investigations in order to monitor the

        services by the contractors
