         Onder gebouwgebonden preventief en correctief onderhoud wordt verstaan al het onderhoud aan gebouwen/objecten en installaties die betrekking hebben op het faciliteren van mensen en hun bedrijvigheden en niet rechtstreeks bijdragen aan de kernactiviteiten van WSHD. Het betreft hierbij bouwkundig- en algemeen onderhoud en aanverwante (klus)diensten en leveringen, welke tot doel hebben de gebouwen/objecten in goede staat te brengen en te houden. Hieronder worden ook duurzaamheidsaspecten en energiezuinigheid verstaan. De werkzaamheden in deze aanbesteding dragen bij aan de algehele onderhoudsstaat van deze gebouwen/objecten en installaties en moeten gericht zijn op een bedrijfszeker, veilig en doelmatig gebruik. De werkzaamheden dienen te worden uitgevoerd aan gebouwen, objecten en installaties verspreid over het gehele werkgebied van WSHD.
