         PWN is voornemens een Overeenkomst af te sluiten met één (of twee) Partij(en) voor de aanschaf en bijkomende dienstverlening van Laptops & Smartphones. 

         Deze Selectieleidraad betreft de selectiefase van een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedings-procedure t.b.v. N.V. PWN Waterleidingbedrijf Noord-Holland en de aan haar verbonden bedrijven. In de selectiefase worden, voornamelijk op basis van referenties en een aantal geschiktheidseisen, maximaal 5 partijen geselecteerd die door zullen gaan naar de gunningsfase waar zij een offerte mogen uitbrengen. 

         Om de opdracht voor een groot aantal partijen toegankelijk te maken heeft PWN besloten de opdracht onder te verdelen in 2 percelen:

         - Perceel 2: Smartphones
