          Bijkomende scope

          De opdrachtnemer heeft naast de hierboven beschreven onderhoudswerkzaamheden nog een aantal belangrijke bijkomende verplichtingen:

          • Het toetsen van het voorlopig ontwerp (VO) bij projecten (nieuwbouw en reconstructie). Doel van deze toets is het effectief en efficiënt kunnen onderhouden van de aan te leggen openbare ruimte.

          • Aanwezigheid en advisering bij oplevering van een project. Doel hiervan is een soepele overdracht van aanleg naar onderhoud en het voortijdig signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen.

          Optionele scope

          Tot de optionele scope behoren de onderhoudswerkzaamheden die vallen onder de categorie ‘Heel’. Hieronder vallen onder meer kleine reparaties en klein herstelwerk van o.a. straatmeubilair en speelvoorzieningen en het aanleggen en renoveren van beplanting en groen.

          Ook grootschalige bestrijdingsacties van uitheemse watergebonden plaagsoorten behoren niet tot de vaste scope maar maken als optie onderdeel uit van de overeenkomst.

          De kosten voor de optionele werkzaamheden worden door de Opdrachtnemer separaat geoffreerd. Voor deze scope geldt dat de Opdrachtgever de mogelijkheid heeft om de Opdrachtnemer hiervoor een nadere opdracht te verstrekken, maar daartoe niet verplicht is. De Opdrachtgever heeft ook de mogelijkheid om deze werkzaamheden bij een derde in te kopen.
