         Wateronderzoek

         Leverancier dient voor de locaties binnen het verzorgingsgebied van FMH vallen, periodiek metingen uitvoert aan alle in een pand aanwezige watertappunten en deze beoordeelt op de aanwezigheid van de legionella bacterie.

         Luchtonderzoek

         Leverancier moet in staat zijn om op verzoek van FMH metingen te verrichten in door FMH aan te wijzen ruimten naar de luchtkwaliteit en over de uitkomsten rapporteren en of advies uitbrengen aan de opdrachtgever.

         Gebruik Legionelladossier.

         Technische bekwaamheid en beroepsbekwaamheid - kerncompetenties

         U beschikt over een certificering volgens BRL-6010. Uit dit certificaat blijkt uw bevoegdheid om wateronderzoek te verrichten, legionella risicoanalyses uit te voeren en beheerplannen op te stellen.

         Voor wat betreft luchtonderzoek, verwachten wij, dat u voldoet aan alle wettelijke en in de branche gebruikelijke richtlijnen. De branche gebruikt rapportage methodieken volgens de richtlijn van indeling van de Vereniging Luchttechnische Apparaten (VLA). Door in te schrijven, verklaart u hieraan onverkort te kunnen voldoen.

         Als geschiktheidseis geldt dat u beschikt over de ervaring (kerncompetenties) die wij noodzakelijk achten om de opdracht te kunnen uitvoeren.

         Kerncompetentie: u heeft ervaring met het omgaan met het Legionelladossier (implementatie) in opdrachten van vergelijkbare omvang als deze aanbesteding.
