        Kentalis wenst per perceel één opdrachtnemer welke bouwkundige werkzaamheden en 24 uursdiensten oppakt. Welke op professionele wijze bouwkundig werkzaamheden uitvoert voor de verschillende panden waardoor deze op een kostenefficiënte wijze worden onderhouden. De panden zijn goed onderhouden, veilig en dragen op een duurzame manier bij aan een positieve beleving van de medewerkers, bewoners, patiënten en scholieren van Kentalis.

        De beoogde ingangsdatum van de raamovereenkomsten is 1 december 2023 en deze hebben een initiële looptijd van 4 jaar met tweemaal een verlengoptie van 2 jaar.
