Het betreft een open house aanmeldingsprocedure voor Individuele Begeleiding, Huishoudelijke begeleiding, Woonbegeleiding, Dagbesteding inclusief Vervoer en Logeeropvang namens de gemeente Diemen, Ouder-Amstel en Uithoorn.

De aanmelding vindt in één fase plaats. Alle geïnteresseerde partijen (verder aangeduid als: “deelnemers”) worden in de gelegenheid gesteld een aanmelding in te dienen. Op basis van de door de deelnemers ingediende verzoeken wordt door de gemeenten bepaald met welke deelnemers een overeenkomst wordt afgesloten.

Het aanmeldingsdocument beschrijft de bijzondere voorschriften die op de Open House procedure van toepassing zijn.

Section VI: Complementary information

VI.3)Additional information:

De aanbestedende dienst heeft besloten dat de ‘Open house aanmeldingsprocedure voor Individuele Begeleiding, Huishoudelijke begeleiding, Woonbegeleiding, Dagbesteding inclusief Vervoer en Logeeropvang’ met TenderNed kenmerk 412675 wordt gestaakt en ingetrokken. Naar aanleiding van de 2e Nota van Inlichtingen zijn er aanvullende vragen binnengekomen onder andere over de vervoerstarieven. De aanbestedende dienst heeft helaas moeten constateren dat de vervoerstarieven niet voldoende onderbouwd kunnen worden.

Er wordt op korte termijn een kostprijsonderzoek gestart en in oktober 2023 een nieuwe gewijzigde opdracht gepubliceerd op TenderNed. Indien de ingangsdatum van de nieuwe overeenkomsten per 1 januari 2024 hierdoor niet wordt gehaald, zullen de gemeenten contact met de huidige aanbieders opnemen om zorg continuïteit te waarborgen.
