De SWO behartigt de belangen van 2 Drentse gemeenten (Hoogeveen en De Wolden) en heeft vanuit die rol overeenkomsten met PinkRoccade Local Government. Deze overeenkomsten expireren eind 2023.

Naar oordeel van de SWO is PinkRoccade Local Government (hierna te noemen PinkRoccade) op dit moment de enige partij die nu aantoonbaar kan voldoen aan de huidige eisen en architectuur van de SWO.

Explanation:

SWO De Wolden Hoogeveen (hierna te noemen SWO)

De SWO behartigt de belangen van 2 Drentse gemeenten (Hoogeveen en De Wolden) en heeft vanuit die rol overeenkomsten met PinkRoccade Local Government. Deze overeenkomsten expireren eind 2023.

Naar oordeel van de SWO is PinkRoccade Local Government (hierna te noemen PinkRoccade) op dit moment de enige partij die nu aantoonbaar kan voldoen aan de huidige eisen en architectuur van de SWO.

Het proceslandschap van de SWO is voor de domeinen Belastingen en Financiën volledig afgestemd op en technisch afhankelijk van de software van PinkRoccade. De programmatuur is zowel technisch als qua inrichting onderling met elkaar verbonden. Een eventuele wisseling van software zal grote risico"s en consequenties hebben voor de continuïteit van de dienstverlening naar de burgers en de organisatie zal qua huidig niveau van dienstverlening en werkwijze niet meer kunnen voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen. Ook zou dit leiden tot zeer hoge transactiekosten bij een wisseling van de hierboven genoemde domeinen.
