         Het bewijs van Aanmelding in het handelsregister of beroepsregister van het land van vestiging van Gegadigde, of indien sprake is van een Combinatie van alle participanten, of attest, als bedoeld in art. 58 lid 2 van Richtlijn 2014/24/EU respectievelijk art. 2.98 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012 van 1 november 2012, beide niet ouder dan zes maanden voorafgaand aan de sluitingsdatum van Aanmelding, dienen overlegd te worden aan de Aanbestedende dienst.

         De volgende kerncompetenties zijn relevant:

         (a) de implementatie van een SAAS ERP systeem bij een opdrachtgever in Nederland;

         (b) het in werking hebben van het door Gegadigde aan te bieden SAAS ERP systeem in Nederland bij een topklinisch ziekenhuis of een UMC.

         Gegadigde beschikt over een deugdelijk kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en toont dit aan middels het volgende op het moment van Aanmelding geldige certificaat: ISO 9001 (kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem) of gelijkwaardig (aan te tonen door Gegadigde).

         Gegadigde beschikt over een deugdelijke informatiebeveiliging en toont dit aan middels het volgende op het moment van Aanmelding geldige certificaat: ISO 27001 (informatiebeveiliging) of NEN 7510 (informatiebeveiliging in de zorg) of gelijkwaardig (aan te tonen door Gegadigde).
