         UWV zoekt voor het uitvoeren van Normeringonderzoek en consulting op het gebied van Normeringonderzoek, twee Ondernemers die vanaf 1-1-2024 kunnen starten.

         Normeringonderzoek bij UWV betreft het vaststellen van gemiddelde taaktijden binnen door verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen (Uitkeren, SMZ, Werkbedrijf) uitgevoerde processen. Het betreft producten zoals bijvoorbeeld het afhandelen van een aanvraag WW of ZW, het beoordelen van een ontslagaanvraag of het uitvoeren van een medische beoordeling. Maar ook diensten zoals begeleiden naar werk, re-integratie, afhandelen van klachten en schuldhulpverlening.

         Daarnaast kan het voorkomen dat er vanuit bedrijfsonderdelen van UWV behoefte aan consultancy is op het gebied van Normeringonderzoek. Hiermee wordt bedoeld dat de leverancier ondersteunt en meedenkt in het opzetten van een Normeringonderzoek dat (deels) wordt uitgevoerd door UWV-medewerkers.

         Per jaar worden er circa 5 normeringonderzoeken uitgevoerd waarin één of meerdere diensten en/of producten worden onderzocht.

         De geschatte waarde van de Opdracht is € 900.000 exclusief btw voor de duur van de Overeenkomst van vier jaar.

         Dit bedrag is gebaseerd op verwachte prijsontwikkelingen en de uitgaven van de huidige Overeenkomst.

         Let op: de gegevens over de omvang van de Opdracht zijn een indicatie en u kunt hier geen rechten aan ontlenen.

         Het is mogelijk dat de (omvang van de) Opdracht wijzigt vanwege politieke, budgettaire, bestuurlijke of organisatorische ontwikkelingen binnen UWV.
