Intrekking gunningsbeslissing

Betreft: aanbesteding “Leverantie waterbouwsteen”, kenmerk 399765, referentie HHNK-23.0283976-C

Op 5 april 2023 heeft het Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier aan de Inschrijvers van de bovengenoemde aanbesteding de gunningsbeslissing bekend gemaakt. Bij uitblijven van bezwaren is de opdracht definitief gegund en de overeenkomst gesloten. Dit is bekend gemaakt op 17 april 2023.

Het Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier is erop gewezen dat bij de bekendmaking van de gunningsbeslissing een te korte opschortende termijn in acht is genomen van 7 kalenderdagen in plaats van 20 kalenderdagen. Aangezien dat de gesloten overeenkomst vernietigbaar maakt, is de overeenkomst met de winnende inschrijver beëindigd en de gunningsbeslissing van 5 april 2023 ingetrokken. HHNK is voornemens een nieuwe gunningsbeslissing te nemen aan de hand van de ontvangen inschrijvingen en kenbaar te maken met inachtneming van de juiste opschortende termijn.
