         De opdrachtnemer dient op basis van klantgerichtheid, maatwerk en flexibiliteit vaste tarieven voor de - in de aanbestedingsdocumenten genoemde - artikelen te leveren tegen een zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit. Daarnaast wenst de Gemeente een kortingspercentage van 20 % op alle artikelen uit het assortiment van Inschrijver, die niet in de aanbestedingsdocumenten zijn opgenomen. Prijzen kunnen jaarlijks worden geïndexeerd conform een vaste index van het CBS.

         Als Inschrijver moet u voldoende verzekerd zijn voor de beroeps- en bedrijfsaansprakelijkheidsrisico’s die verband houden met de uitvoering van de Opdracht.

         U moet deze verzekering uiterlijk op het moment van gunning van de Overeenkomst hebben afgesloten. De verzekering moet dekking bieden van minimaal €1.000.000 per aanspraak tot ten minste €2.500.000 per verzekeringsjaar.

         Als Inschrijver heeft u aantoonbare ervaring met het leveren van medische gebruiks- en verbruiksartikelen.

         1. De referentieopdracht mag niet langer dan drie (3) jaar geleden zijn afgerond, gerekend vanaf de publicatiedatum van deze aanbestedingsprocedure;

         2. Indien gebruik wordt gemaakt van een nog niet (geheel) afgeronde referentieopdracht, gelden alleen de werkelijk behaalde resultaten van de referentieopdracht, gerekend tot de publicatiedatum van deze aanbestedingsprocedure;

         3. Per kerncompetentie geldt dat de opdracht(en) een minimale jaarlijkse opdrachtwaarde kent van € 35.000 per jaar exclusief btw.
