         De gemeente Kampen wil de huidige eenentwintig (21) warme drankenautomaten vervangen en 1 extra machine toevoegen in de vergadervleugel van het stadhuis. In totaal 22 machines. De aangeboden warme drankenautomaten voldoen aan de eisen zoals gesteld in het programma van eisen. Alle machines moeten voorzien zijn van bonen, met uitzondering van de instant koffiemachine in de vergadervleugel.

Op de plekken waar nu kleinere automaten staan (zes stuks), wenst de gemeente opnieuw kleinere automaten te plaatsen. Op de plekken waar grotere automaten staan (zes stuks) wenst de gemeente opnieuw grotere automaten te plaatsen. De andere drie automaten betreffen instant automaten, in totaal dus vijftien (15) machines.
