De gemeente Heerlen beoogt een subsidie te verlenen voor de maatschappelijke ondersteuning, via het publiceren van een subsidietender. Deze subsidietender is erop gericht om subsidie te verlenen aan één subsidieaanvrager voor de uitvoering van maatschappelijke ondersteuning in de gemeente Heerlen per 1 januari 2024 tot en met 1 januari 2028 met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging tot maximaal 1 januari 2034. De gemeente kiest hierbij voor partnerschap met één subsidiepartner voor de gehele subsidie, omdat de gemeente meent dat dit het beste aansluit bij de doelstellingen van de subsidie.
De gemeente wil een sterke sociale basis in alle buurten van Heerlen met een samenhangend, dekkend aanbod door één subsidiepartner die verantwoordelijk is voor het bieden van maatschappelijke ondersteuning,

Let op: het betreft géén aanbesteding van een overheidsopdracht, maar een subsidietender waarbij de subsidieverlening niet onder de directe werking van de Aanbestedingswet valt. Op deze subsidietender zijn de bepalingen van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb) van toepassing en de Algemene beginselen van behoorlijk bestuur (Abbb). We gebruiken TenderNed enkel als publicatiemiddel voor de subsidietender. Daarmee dient diverse terminologie die standaard wordt toegepast door TenderNed gelezen te worden vanuit het subsidieperspectief.
