        Gasunie intends to conclude a contract in which it wants to procure renewable energy produced by Dutch wind farms.

        The scope of this contract is to establish the delivery of 25 MW as a baseload volume for the first period (1-x-2024 – 31-12-2024) for which the start month is flexible depending on when party can start the delivery of the requested volume. The total volume in period 1 depends on the start date of the contract, but always starting on the first of any given month in 2024. For the remaining 4 years (01-01-2025 till 31-12-2028), a volume of 250 GWh/year with a maximum capacity of 78 MW as an as-nominated profile (period 2) will be delivered to Gasunie’s electricity portfolio. The electricity shall be delivered to Gasunie from an existing/starting Dutch wind farm. With this purchase, the associated traceable GoO"s are also acquired.
