Binnen het project MRA-Elektrisch werken overheden in Flevoland, Noord-Holland en Utrecht samen om elektrische vervoer te stimuleren en een dekkend toekomstbestendig netwerk van publieke laadinfrastructuur te realiseren. Door middel van deze aanbesteding wordt een concessieovereenkomst gesloten voor het beheren en exploiteren van reeds bestaande laadinfrastructuur in gemeenten die zijn aangesloten bij de MRA-e.
